Do I need to connect my bank account?
No. The initial workflow uses manual bank statement upload, so you can run a monthly check without connecting a live bank feed.
Which bank statement formats are supported?
Start with CSV bank statements. PDF support is rolling out next, and we will note when both are production-ready.
Which document formats are supported?
PDFs, scans, images, invoices, receipts, bills, and common document files. Supported file extensions are listed during upload.
Can I use Google Drive or OneDrive?
Yes. Connect Google Drive or OneDrive and choose the specific folder where your invoices and receipts are stored.
What happens if a receipt is missing?
ParseNation adds the transaction to your Missing Receipts list with the date, vendor description, amount, and any possible low-confidence matches.
What if the invoice amount does not match the bank transaction?
ParseNation flags amount mismatches for review. Useful for partial payments, fees, tips, refunds, currency conversion, and multi-document payments.
Can one user manage multiple businesses?
Yes. One user account can manage multiple businesses, each with its own statements, folders, monthly checks, and reports.
Can I email invoices into ParseNation?
On premium plans, each business can receive a dedicated forwarding address that routes incoming invoices and receipts into the right month.
Does ParseNation replace my accountant or accounting software?
No. ParseNation helps organize evidence behind expenses. It does not replace accounting advice, bookkeeping judgment, or tax filing.
Can I export the results?
